IMPAC Tours

Two trips with this company - one to Peleliu for a historical tour and one day long snorkeling trip. Advice- bring extra sunscreen and a quick dry towel. Don't forget to reapply the sunscreen and get burned! Both guides we had were affable and knowledgeable. Jeff in Peleliu was extremely well informed and I definitely recommend that tour if you're interested in the history.

When they were not running (at that day) in the Peleliu tour, they referred me to another agency

Very professional, great snorkel locations, good value. The boat driver stopped the boat when a towel flew out to the sea and the guide jumped in to retrieve it. They also provided bento boxes for lunch. The boats are roof covered so you won't get sun blazed. Recommended!

Excellent communication and value for money. I took a snorkeling tour with IMPAC that included the Milky Way, Jellyfish Lake, and a few other stops. They made sure we had plenty of time at each stop, they offered to take photos for us, and generally showed us a great time.

I also appreciate that Akiko was up front about the numbers of jellyfish in the lake. There are not nearly as many as there were at peak times, so you won't be surrounded by millions of golden jellyfish; however, there were still hundreds of the big medusa ones near the surface, and I was happy to get to snorkel up close with dozens of them. If you only want to get to see a few of them up close, you'll enjoy the trip!

Used Impac tours for our day trip to Rock Islands from Koror today. Can't rate them highly enough. All staff were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying their day. Would recommend Impac tours if you are coming to Palau.

I had a wonderful time with Impac tours on their northern Palau tour. We visited beautiful beaches, caught and grilled fresh fish, and snorkeled by a wild reef with amazing coral and fish. Our guide, Yoshi, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He also told us some interesting stories about Palau as he has resided here for the past six years. One of the highlights of the tour was visiting a local village and meeting the owner of the island who treated us with fresh coconut juice, bananas and papaya. It was a very authentic and warm experience. Impac tours was very well organized, efficient, and professional. They picked us up on time, had comfortable boats with plenty of drinks and snacks, and provided good lunch at their picnic spot. It was an unforgettable experience! Impac tours mainly caters to Japanese travelers, but they speak fluent English and make everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend this tour company for anyone who wants to explore the beauty and culture of Palau.

I was in Palau a few days ago and I made two full day tours with Impact Tour Agency. It was the best decision we made. They were very punctual picking us up for the hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional, and they made us feel like making excursion with friends. They gave us clear description of the days and the places we visited were stunning. The food both day was amazing in paradisiac landscapes. I totally recommend to organize your trip with them. We (a group of 6 persons) took the kayak & jellyfish pond tour with Impac tours. Highly recommend this tour operator and also this specific tour, the kayaks were so nice! Helpful and friendly during booking and also the staff who ran the tour it self. All went smooth and a we are a very happy customer. I will choose Impac Tours again next time I am in Palau!

One of the best tour experiences in life is with Impac Tour! The tour guide was very professional, friendly, and had been looking after us during the whole trip. We managed to avoid crowds so we had all the beauty scenery that Palau has to offer all to ourselves. Highly recommend this tour agency if you are looking for some high quality tours while in Palau!

Our Korean guide, namely Dominic, rude and unprofessional. Went to Rock Islands (w/ Jellyfish Lake) and Northern Island Tour (Kayangel) and they both were disappointing. The guide and assisting staff on a boat were unprofessional, snorkeling was boring with no particular highlights, and not much explanation was given as to geography or history of the places we have visited. Fantastic weather for two days of both tours—that’s the best thing allowed for us.
임팩투어랑 이틀 연속해서 락아일랜드와 북부섬 (카양겔) 에 다녀왔습니다. 투어는 실망적이었어요. 스노클링이랑 카약할때 시간도 촉박하고 볼것이 많지 않은 곳으로 가서 무미건조했습니다. 한국인 가이드분은 안전에 신경을 써주셨지만, 방문한 곳에 관한 설명이 부족하셨고 귀찮아하셨습니다. 사무실직원분들은 이야기 나누기가 좋았습니다.

Did 2 tours here, Kayaking and Jellyfish Lake and half day Ngardmau waterfall hike. Excellent, well organised, enjoyable, they seemed to have thought of everything to make the tours go smoothly. Jellyfish Lake is amazing.
