Cruise Control palau

We absolutely loved diving with cruise control. The staff is efficient and super friendly and they know the waters so well. We rented the full scuba gear with them and everything was high quality. Everything fit perfectly and they even had the best rain/wind jackets (thick and warm) to keep you warm when the weather gets chilly. We dove a total of 12 times in all kinds of weather conditions and always had a blast. They’re super flexible and will accommodate most of your wishes so just tell them where you want to go! Thank you to all of the staff — diving with you was so much fun. We truly hope to come back soon. Ps: Big bonus point for the food! They’re a Japanese owned company so you’ll be served Bento boxes for lunch and rice rolls for breakfast in case of an early morning dive.

During Xmas week 2023, I did 7 dives with Cruise Control in Palau. I strongly recommend them. They have a very responsive staff to take care of everything, even last minute requests

All details are carefully taken care of.examples: food are Bento Lunch boxes sourced from a good Japanese restaurant in Palau (according you each specific diet preferences - I dont eat red meat), rain coats / jackets in case of rain showers, warm water bucket for comfort feeling.many others

In my last day, I requested for a last minute dive into a submarine cave.they manage to accomodate it at 5pm - after hours

We had the most amazing experiences with Cruise Control, and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Palau. We did several trips with them, both diving and snorkeling, and everything was great.
The staff is very welcoming and cheerful.
We found the prices also to be the most reasonable compared to other companies around.

I have been diving for about 10 years and I’d say this is the most professional dive shop hands down.

First and foremost, they group divers by experience. When we join dives on the first day, they need to know our experience, so we were blended with less experienced divers. But as we dive into day 2,3 and 4, we were clearly being grouped by more experienced divers with more bottom time and longer boat rides.

Second is that they pick dive sites based on current and visibility. We’d go to places and be told that visibility today isn’t the best and they’d move us to a different spot.

If you do a two or three tank dive, you’d get a free Japanese lunch included with warm miso soup! For a long dive day, warm tea and soup cannot be beat!

Only downside is that the shop is really Japanese run. People running the business and the clients don’t speak proper English. So if you are here to make friends, then this is the wrong shop…

But for dive… they are so so professional!
